Where is the store based?

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Unfortunately we only ship to the US at this time.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We only accept defective returns or exchanges. If you receive a defective item, please contact our Customer Service Department within 10 days from the day you receive the order and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
For defective returns, we will only provide replacements for the same items. If a replacement item is out of stock, the item's value will be refunded in your original payment method.
To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you email or chat with our Customer Service Department:
Your order number
Product name of the item you wish to return

All returns must be sent to us within 30 days of the RMA issue date. Unblemished reserves the right to refuse returns that are not received within a reasonable time frame.
Unwanted Item Return
We don’t accept returns of products that are unwanted. We kindly suggest that you read the product information carefully before placing orders. -
Terms & Conditions
All returns must be sent to Unblemished with prior authorization, i.e. a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
Unblemished reserves the right to determine reshipping method regardless of the shipping method used in the original order.
Unblemished is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return that includes tracking information to ensure that it reaches us.
Shipping and handling fees from the original shipment to the customer are not refundable.
Unblemished reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Unblemished decision will be final.
Unblemished will be responsible for return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid, and if the defective items are returned via USPS, FedEx or UPS Ground shipping. Return shipping costs will be refunded to original payment method within seven (7) days of receipt of your return. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided when using other shipping methods, including Courier Services or Express Mail.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
